Raised Beds

The raised beds are now completed and are available to let from £5 for the small beds and £10 for the large beds per year, so if you are a less advantaged gardener please contact our Letting Officer.

2011 Open Day

Our Open Day this year is on Saturday 30th July, with live music from Nicky Pappas. The Birds of Prey from Latchmere House are making a welcome return and our other stalls include a raffle, tombola, bric-a-brac, local honey and jams & cakes. Our ever popular BBQ will be selling delicious Bacon and Sausage rolls. Tea and coffee with a selection of cakes and biscuits will also be on sale.

We also have our produce display where plotholders can win the Maureen Woodriff Memorial Rose Bowl, and the best plot winner will receive the Markhole Cup. We also have a competition for 'The Best Scarecrow' on the site

Dr Vincent Cable and Prof Bryan Woodriff will be on site this year to present the prizes.

We have a 'Donation Station' on the table where plotholders can leave any surplus produce or plants for others.
